胶艾颗粒剂对子宫收缩及性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胶艾颗粒剂对子宫的收缩作用及性激素含量的影响。方法:应用肌张力换能器,测定胶艾颗粒剂不同剂量对小鼠离体子宫收缩作用;放射免疫方法测定去卵巢大鼠血清雌二醇、孕酮和睾丸酮含量;测定其产后2 h家兔在体子宫张力的影响及作用的时间和频率。结果:胶艾颗粒剂10、20、30g/kg三个剂量均对小鼠离体子宫收缩作用显著;胶艾颗粒剂15、30、45g/kg均能提高去卵巢大鼠血清雌二醇和孕酮含量;分别给予胶艾颗粒剂0.75、1.5、3.0g/kg 40 min后,使产后家兔子宫张力和收缩频率增加,60～90 min达到高峰效应。结论:胶艾颗粒剂能促进子宫平滑肌收缩,这有利于子宫出血时的止血和产后子宫复原。且作用时间持久、明显。其作用与剂量呈正比。Objective：To investigate the effects of Jiao＇ai Granule on wombs contraction in vitro and sex hormones content.Methods： To determine the effect of contracted uteri in vitro of Jiao＇ai Granule in different dosages with myotonotransducer,to determine estradiol,progesterone and testosterone content with radioimmunoassay while rats ovary extirpated in serum and to determine womb contraction of rabbits time and frequency in postpartum 2h in vivo.Results：The womb contraction could increased in mice in vitro,the content of estradiol and progesterone could enhanced in rats,and the peak value of womb tension and the frequency enhanced were reached in 60 minutes,began to drop in 180 minutes,the effective brought about in postpartum rabbit＇ wombs in 40 minutes after the Granule was taken.Conclusion： It was demonstrated that Jiao＇ai Granule can facilitate wombs contraction in vitro and in vivo,which contribute to hemostasis on bleeding uteri and reposition of postpartum uteri.And also the effects of the granule is lasting and notable,and is of direct proportion with dose.
