Objective :To investigate the effect of musk, borneol and compatibility of them on cerebral ischemia and anoxia in mice. Methods :The mouse models of cerebral anoxia and ischemia were established by sodium nitrite, guillotining and intravenous injection of magnesium chloride or air,to observe the influence of the survival time of the mouse models after drugs. Results: ①Musk and borneol could remarkably lengthen the survival time of the mouse models which were established by sodium nitrite, guillotining and air injection(P0.05,P0.01);Moreover,borneol could lengthen the survival time of the mice model injected magnesium chloride(P0.01).②Compatibility of musk and borneol could lengthen the survival time of the mouse models established by sodium nitrite, guillotining and intravenous injection of magnesium chloride or air(P0.05,P0.01).③Compared with musk and borneol, the compatibility could not remarkably improve efficiency(P0.05).Conclusion: Musk, borneol and the compatibility of them have protective effect obviously on cerebral ischemia and anoxia in mice, suggesting that the compatibility could keep the efficacy, whereas there is no greater efficiency of mutual reinforcement and mutual assistance on the compatibility than the single.
