摘　　要：目的:探讨在上颌骨囊肿的治疗中单纯进行鼻底开窗术的可行性。方法:选择以面部肿胀或伴硬腭隆起就诊的患者18例,经CT检查及穿刺细胞学检查证实为上颌骨囊肿,采取鼻内镜下单纯鼻底开窗术,对牙根囊肿内的牙不做任何处理。结果:术后进行鼻内镜随访超过2年,部分患者进行CT复查。所有患者症状未再复发,上颌骨外形保持良好,开窗口通畅,囊肿腔明显缩小。结论:单纯进行鼻底开窗术是一种简便、安全、效果良好的治疗上颌骨囊肿的方法。Objective： To explore the feasibility of treatment of maxillary cyst with only fenestration in nasal bottom by nasal endoscope.Method：Eighteen patients with maxillary cyst manifested with facial swelling or hard palate bulging were diagnosed by CT scan and needle aspiration biopsy,and then underwent cystic fenestration operations with the tooth in cyst kept intact.Result：After over 2 years follow-up with endoscope（partly CT scanned）,recurrent infection was not noticed in all cases,contour of maxilla was well preserved with ostium patent and cystic cavity markedly shrinked.Conclusion：Endoscopic fenestration in nasal bottom only is a safe,reliable,and effective procedure in the treatment of maxillary cyst.
