摘 要:目的:探讨科玛嘉念珠菌培养基(CAC)对儿童牙菌斑中白色念珠菌分离培养的有效性。方法:分别采用CAC和沙保培养基(SDA)分离培养儿童龋损牙体组织及无龋牙体龈上菌斑中的白色念珠菌,通过生化鉴定及PCR技术等方法对分离菌株进行鉴别,运用卡方检验比较两种培养基对白色念珠菌的检出情况。结果:CAC和SDA对牙菌斑中白色念珠菌的检出率分别为35.3%、31.7%(P〈0.05)。培养24—48h后,CAC平板通过颜色判读白色念珠菌的结果与生化鉴定和PCR基因分型的结果一致。结论:CAC是一种快速、有效、特异性较强的念珠菌培养基,适合用于分离培养儿童牙菌斑中的白色念珠菌。Objective: To explore the efficacy of CHROMagar Candida medium in isolating Candida albicans from dental plaque in children. Methods: CHROMagar Candida medium (CAC) and Sabourand Dextrose Agar (SDA) were used to isolate Candida albi- i cans from caries tissue and supraginval dental plaque of sound teeth in children, respectively. The colonies were confirmed by bio- chemical identification and genotyping with PCR. The difference of isolation frequency of Cam]ida albicans between CAC and SDA was compared by chi-square test. Results:The isolation frequency of Candida albicans by CAC and SDA was 35.3% and 31.7% respectively( P 〈 0.05 ). After 24 - 48 h culture, Candida albicans growing on CAC could be judged by the color of colonies, and the resuh was in accord with the outcome of biochemical identification and genotype. Conclusion: CAC is a kind of fast, effective, and specific medium for isolating Candida albicans from dental plaque in children.
