摘 要:研究了AlN 引入量和温度对SiO2-AlN 复合材料的热膨胀系数和热导率的影响,并对影响SiO2-AlN复合材料抗热震性的诸因素做了分析。结果表明,SiO2-AlN 复合材料的热膨胀系数随温度的提高而增加;在同一温度下,复合材料的热膨胀系数在400℃以上随AlN 引入量的增加而增加。SiO2-AlN 复合材料的热扩散率和热导率随热压温度的提高而增加。SiO2-AlN复合材料的临界淬冷温度在600℃左右。Thermophysical properties of SiO 2 AlN composites as a function of temperature and the content of AlN particles were investigated.The theoretical analysis of thermal shock resistance of SiO 2 AlN composites was also studied.The results showed that thermal expansion coefficient of SiO 2 AlN composites increased with temperature;while in the same temperature thermal expansion coefficient increased with the content of AlN particles above 400℃.Thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of SiO 2 AlN composites increased with hot pressing temperature.Retained flexural strength of SiO 2 AlN composites decreased abruptly when temperature difference was above 600℃ because of the heavy mismatch of thermal expansion coefficient between SiO 2 matrix and AlN particles.
