摘　　要：投资咨询业务开闸，中国期货业摆脱“野蛮生长”的时机终于到来。为筹备投资咨询业务，期货行业正秣马厉兵。近一个月来，给员工们授课已经成为永安期货研究院院长隋东明的主要工作之一。他告诉记者，“每天下午集体学习4个小时。”隋东明是为了带领研究院人员顺利通过明29日的首场期货投资分析资格考试，从而获得开展咨询业务的入场券。The launch of investment consulting services creates a new profit opportunity for futures companies. However, there are three major problems for futures companies to solve. First, it is not easy to find the right business model. Second, how to fix the price of consulting services remains a puzzle. Third, it is hard to decide how to set up the department in charge of investment consulting services.
