摘　　要：伴随着我国高等院校招生制度的改革,我国在校大学生人数规模急剧扩大,就业的压力也随之而来,大学生兼职人数也在上升中。大学生兼职现象有其存在的合理性和必然性,然而从中反映出的一些问题也引起社会各界,尤其是教育界的关注。本文主要对我国学者研究大学生兼职问题的状况进行了综述,内容涉及大学生兼职的种类、动机、出现的问题及解决对策等方面的研究。With the reform of higher education enrollment,the number of the university students expanding rapidly,followed by the pressure of employment and the raising number of the students who are taking part-time job.This phenomenon has its own rationality and necessity,but also aroused the concern of the education sector.This paper focuses on the types,motivation,problems and solutions of University students＇ part-time job issues.
