摘　　要：信息技术的进步使得PPT课件在大学课堂中的使用越来越广泛。使用PPT课件的目的是更加有效地展开教学活动，然而现实中，仍大量存在无法达到该目的的情况。本文认为，这些现象存在的根本原因是PPT课件的制作不规范，没有遵循一些普适性的原理。这些原理主要包括“故事讲述模式”、“逻辑表达的金字塔结构”以及“图形化表征法”。遵循这些原理制作的课件，就可以避免上述问题，进而展开有效的教学活动。Advances in information technology makes the PPT courseware more widely used in the universities＇ classrooms than ever before. To use PPT courseware aims to teach more effectively, but in reality, there is still a large number of cases that cannot achieve the purpose. This paper argues that the root cause of existence of these problems is that PPT Courseware are not standar- dized, and not following some universal principles. These principles include ＂story-telling mode＂, logical expression＇s pyramid slructure, and Graphical Representation mode. Courseware followed these principles may avoid these problems, and then perform the effective teaching activities.
