摘　　要：为了提高空调温湿度的控制精度,确保产品的质量,介绍了一种基于Profibus现场总线技术、PLC和iFIX的空调温湿度自动控制系统的方案。通过介绍系统软硬件构成及其特点,详细论述了Profibus,PLC,iFIX如何实现空调系统的监控,并完成了空调系统各部分的组态画面。此控制系统提高了温湿度的控制精度,降低了工人的劳动强度和运行成本,完善了控制和管理功能。In order to improve the control accuracy of air temperature and humidity,ensure the quality of products,the air-conditioning temperature and humidity control system programs based on profibus fieldbus PLC and iFIX are introduced.By introducing the software and hardware and the characteristics of the system,it is discussed that how to realize monitoring of the air conditioning system by using the profibus,PLC and iFIX and the configuration screen of the parts of air-conditioning system is completed.This control system has improved the control accuracy of temperature and humidity,diminished the labor intensity and operating costs,improved the control and management functions.
