摘　　要：为了改善应用热催化原理对煤矿瓦斯体积分数进行检测存在的精度不高和易老化的问题,依据红外探测原理,利用处理器C8051F020和红外瓦斯传感器MH-440V设计了一款便携式矿用瓦斯探测仪,当被检测到的瓦斯体积分数超过预设的安全值时就会发出声光报警,提醒工作人员及时撤离并采取有效的通风措施。实验表明,该瓦斯检测仪精度高、速度快、使用方便,矿井工作人员可随身携带,为煤矿的安全生产提供可靠保障。In order to improve the low precision and easy aging of thermal catalytic principle for coal mine gas detection,a portable coal gas detector is designed with processor C8051F020 and infrared gas sensor MH-440V/D by using infrared detection principle.It can remind workers of evacuating and taking effective ventilation measures by sending out sound and light alarms,when the detected gas concentration exceeds a preset safety value.The experimental results show that the gas detector has a high precision and speed,can be carried by workers,which can provide a reliable protection for coal safty in production.
