摘 要:大断面软岩巷道的支护问题是煤矿巷道支护的一个技术难题。在分析兴越煤矿回风大巷围岩岩性、地质条件及支护影响因素的基础上,通过现场实测、理论分析,确定巷道锚杆的支护参数;应用UDEC数值模拟软件,对不同锚杆支护参数条件下的巷道围岩变形、破坏情况进行分析,对巷道锚杆支护参数进行优化。确定选用锚杆直径22 mm、长度2.4 m,间排距800 mm×800 mm的支护方案是最优的。现场实践也表明,支护参数选取合理,支护效果较好。The support of soft rock roadways with large section is a technical problem in support of coal mine roadways.on the basis of analysis on lithology,geological conditions and supporting factors of the return air roadway in Xingyue Coal Mine,the parameters of the bolt support of the roadway are determined through field measurement and theoretical analysis.The deformation and failure of the surrounding rocks under the conditions of the different parameters of the bolt support are analyzed,and the parameters of the bolt support are optimized with application of the UDEC numerical simulation software.The supporting scheme choosed with the bolt diameter 22mm,length 2.4m,inter-row spacing 800 mm×800 mm is the best.The practice shows that the parameters of the support is reasonable and the support is better.
