摘　　要：边坡工程地质勘察为露天矿边坡设计及治理方案提供基础数据,是进行边坡稳定性评价和边坡治理的基础工作。说明了露天矿边坡工程地质工作的一般程序,内容和技术要求,以某露天煤矿东南帮的边坡工程地质勘察为例,介绍了勘察的内容,方法和要求,对勘察成果做了分析,获得了东南帮边坡的地层情况,岩体结构情况,岩层软弱层的形态和分布情况,各岩层的物理、力学性质指标,为研究边坡变形破坏模式,进行稳定性分析和边坡治理提供了可靠的基础数据。Engineering geological investigation of slope is a basic work of slope,stability evaluation and slope treatment,which can provide basic information for slope design and treatment.This paper illustrates procedure,content and technology of engineering geological works in open-pit coal mine.Taking engineering geological investigation of southeast slope of some open-pit coal mine as an example,content,method and requirements were introduced,the geological investigation achievements was analysised,and formation lithology,,the occurrence and distribution of weak layer,physical and mechanical parameters of strata were obtained,which provided some reliable basic data for Research of Slope Failure Pattern,slope stability analysis and slope treatment.
