摘　　要：目的明确动脉旁路移植术后移植静脉近期血栓形成率。方法分别将30只兔的左侧部分颈外静脉取下并倒转,以端侧吻合的方式移植到同侧颈总动脉上,构建颈动脉旁路移植模型,术后不用抗凝药物治疗。术后3天,取出移植静脉,在手术显微镜下观察移植静脉是否有血栓形成,将带有血栓的血管行病理切片和HE染色,以了解血栓的形态及程度,并记录移植静脉血栓发生率和闭塞率。结果术后3天,移植静脉血栓发生率为73.3%,血栓闭塞率16.7%。结论动脉旁路移植术后移植静脉近期血栓形成率及闭塞率高,尽早抗凝治疗是必要的。【Objective】 To identify early thrombosis rate of vein graft after artery bypass grafting.【Methods】 Part left external jugular veins of thirty rabbits were respectively harvested and anastomosed into ipsilateral common carotid arteries by a reverse end-to-latus fashion,and animal model of carotid artery bypass grafting was constructed.After operation,the anticoagulant agent was not administered to the rabbits.Three days later,vein grafts were harvested for operative microscope observation of thrombosis.Pathological section and HE stain of the vein grafts with thrombus were applied to observation of thrombotic morphous and extent.The thrombosis rate and occlusion rate of vein graft were recorded.【Results】 Thrombi were found in 22 vein grafts,and 5 of them in all 30 vein grafts were occluded at 3rd day after operation.【Conclusion】 Vein graft after artery bypass grafting has a high early thrombosis rate and a high early occlusion rate,and the anticoagulant therapy as early as possible is necessary.
