老年冠心病患者遵医服药情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解老年冠心病患者遵医服药情况及影响因素。方法对永州市某医院心血管内科门诊481位确诊为冠心病的65岁以上老年患者的基本情况、遵医服药行为及影响因素进行调查。结果①老年冠心病患者大都能按照医嘱服药,但"忘记"仍是未遵医服药较常发生的原因。②大部分老年冠心病患者合并有其他慢性疾病,有无合并症患者的遵医服药行为得分不同。③老年冠心病患者遵医服药行为的影响因素主要为疗效和他人影响。结论医护人员应努力提高老年人慢性病的疗效,加强健康教育和老年患者的健康保障力度,以改善老年人生命质量和节约医疗资源。【Objective】 To explore the prescription adherence behaviors and its related factors of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.【Methods】 481 patients over 65 years old with coronary heart diseases in one hospital at YongZhou were be investigated about their basic information and prescription adherence behaviors.【Results】 ①Most elderly patients with coronary heart disease can conform to what doctors say,and the others who can not conform always because they have forgot.②Most elderly patients with coronary heart disease have other diseases at the same time,and have other diseases or not can complete the prescription adherence behaviors.③The medication adherence behaviors was significantly correlated with curative effect and other peoples influence.【Conclusion】 Health professionals must make effort to improve the medication quality for the elderly patients,strengthen the work about health education,in order to improve the quality of elderly patients,lives and save the medical resource.
