普通聚丙烯网片与超普网片(UMS3)在疝修补中的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较普通聚丙烯网片与超普网片,探讨两者优缺点。方法回顾性分析郴州市第一人民医院2008年2月～2009年2月收治的60例腹股沟疝的病历资料,平均随访3个月,就两者近期疗效、手术并发症发生情况等方面进行统计学比较。结果普通聚丙烯网片与超普网片在术后平均最高体温、术后疼痛持续时间、术后应用止痛次数、伤口血肿、复发、切口感染及阴囊血肿或积液方面差异无显著性(P>0.05);但两者在住院费用及异物感的发生率上差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论普通聚丙烯网片和超普网片均能较好地进行无张力修补腹股沟疝,但超普网片更适合疝修补,其不足在于住院费用较高。【Objective】 To compare the ordinary polypropylene mesh wire mesh and ultra Poor＇s to explore the advantages and disadvantages of both.【Methods】 A retrospective analysis was made of the 60 cases admitted to the First People＇s Hospital of Chenzhou City,from February 2008 to February 2009 with the medical records of inguinal hernia and an average follow-up of 12 months,the short-term effect and the occurrence of surgical complications were compared.【Results】 General polypropylene mesh wire mesh and ultra Poor＇s average maximum temperature during surgery,postoperative pain,duration,frequency of postoperative pain,wound hematoma,recurrence,wound infection,and scrotal hematoma or effusion was no significantly different（P 0.05）;But hospitalization costs and foreign body sensation were significantly different（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 General polypropylene mesh and ultra Poor＇s mesh can better carry out tension-free inguinal hernia repair,but more suitable for ultra-Pu mesh hernia repair,which is less than the higher hospitalization costs.
