2004～2008年134例老年人多脏器功能衰竭死亡病例的院内感染分析

摘　　要：目的探讨该院老年多脏器功能衰竭死亡病例的院内感染发病率,为院内感染的控制提供依据。方法对该院收集2004～2008年老年多脏器功能衰竭死亡134例进行调查分析。结果有57例发生院内感染,感染发生率为42.38%;感染部位主要是呼吸道,其次是泌尿道;病原菌主要为革兰氏阴性菌,其次是真菌,再其次为革兰氏阳性菌。感染发生率随着年龄的增加而上升。结论老年患者是院内感染的高危人群,应加强对院内感染的预防。【Objective】 To explore the disease incidence of hospital infection for dead cases with multiple organ functional failure in old people and to provide basis for the control of invasion.【Method】 The investigations and analyses were completed on 134 dead cases with multiple organ functional failure collected gather from our hospital during 2004～2008.【Results】 The occurrence of hospital infection was found was 42.38%（114 cases）.The location of infection was mainly respiratory tract and secondly was urinary tract.The pathogenic bacteria were mainly gram-negative bacteria and secondly were fungi.The infection occurrence rate was increased with the age.【Conclusion】 The old people with multiple organ functional failure are high risk group of the hospital infection.We must strictly control this group for strengthening prevention of hospital infection.
