摘　　要：近年来,知识转移研究成为社会各界关注的热点。图书馆作为高校重要的组成部分,研究其在高校知识转移过程中规律甚少。本文就我国当前知识转移的研究现状,从知识转移的概况、影响因素等维度入手,分析得出图书馆在高校知识转移中的规律。In recent years,the research on the knowledge transfer has become the focus of attention on community.As the most important part of universities,the research on the law of the libraries＇ function on the knowledge transfer among universities is few.This study based on the status of the research on the knowledge transfer analysis the law of the libraries＇function on the knowledge transfer among universities from the overview of knowledge transfer and the influence of factors.
