摘　　要：首先对东北地区技术市场的发展现状进行分析,总结了技术市场的发展特征,运用SWOT方法分析了东北地区技术市场的优势、劣势、机遇和面临的挑战,并使用层次分析法(AHP)从定量角度分析影响东北三省技术市场发展的环境要素,提出了东北地区技术市场的战略选择方案。This paper makes an analysis on the current development of the technology market in Northeast Region firstly,summarizes its characteristics;Then it uses SWOT method to analyze the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of technology market in Northeast Region,and it uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to quantitatively analyze on the environment factors that affect development of technology market in Northeast Region,thereby proposes strategic options of technology market in Northeast Region.
