摘  要:利用单矿物浮选试验和X衍射光电子能谱(XPS)分析,结合溶液化学计算,研究了以油酸钠为捕收剂时,Ca2+和CO32-对磷灰石和石英单矿物浮选的作用机理。结果表明,在以碳酸钠为pH调整剂且调浆到pH=10左右时,磷灰石的活性成分为CaHPO4,添加的Ca2+与溶液中的溶解组分结合生成的物质与CaHPO4结构相似;石英在碳酸钠调浆体系中被Ca2+活化的主要原因是新生成的CaCO3沉积在其表面。The mechanism of interaction of Ca2+ and CO32-with flotation separation of apatite and quartz in sodium oleate system was investigated through flotation tests,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and the theory of solution chemistry.The results showed that the active ingredient of apatite was CaHPO4 when using Na2CO3 as pH regulator at pH=10,the new material which generated by Ca2+ and the dissolved components in apatite saturated solution had similar structure with CaHPO4,and the main reason of the quartz being activated by Ca2+ was the deposition of the new generated CaCO3 on the surface.
