基于DEA模型的航空制造业创新效率研究——以天津为例

摘　　要：以我国21个省(市)的航空制造业为决策单元,选取R&D经费投入、R&D人员投入为投入指标,新产品收入为产出指标,应用数据包络分析(DEA)方法研究了天津航空制造业的创新效率。结果表明,天津航空制造业处于规模递增阶段,存在规模效率过低、产出亏空和R&D人员投入冗余等问题。This article take the aviation industry＇ data of our 21 provinces and cities as decision making units, select the R＆D investment funds and the R＆D personnel as the input indicators, new products as the output indicator, adopt data envelopment analysis （DEA） method to research Tianjin aviation industry＇ efficiency. The results show that Tianjin aviation industry has such problems like scale inefficiency, low product and R＆D personnel input and output redundancy o At last the paper gives some relevant suggestions.
