摘  要:中国国家博物馆钢桁架结构跨度大、荷载大,使得钢桁架与混凝土结构连接处的反力巨大。为了使钢和混凝土协调工作,连接部件的合理设计是一个关键问题。本项目中,钢桁架与混凝土结构主要有两种位置关系,一种是钢桁架与混凝土结构侧面连接;另一种是钢桁架与混凝土结构顶面连接。对这两种连接方式分别进行了方案的对比和介绍。对于侧面连接区域,采用了暗桁架的连接方式,并将暗桁架杆件形式从实腹式截面调整为两块钢板,在保证了有效传力的同时,满足了钢筋布置的要求。同时还进行了有限元分析,对节点设计方法给予了验证。对于顶面连接方式,采用与施工方案相结合的节点设计方式,通过滑动支座释放部分水平反力。通过分析计算确立了合理的连接构造。The steel truss of National Museum of China is a large-span and high-loaded structure system,which produces high reaction force on the connection between steel truss and concrete structure,thus the design of reasonable connection is a crucial issue for the coordination between steel and concrete.There are mainly two connection types between steel truss and the concrete structure in this project: the steel truss is connected on the side face of the concrete structure,and the steel truss is located on the top face of the concrete structure.These two connection types were introduced respectively.For the side connection style,hidden truss was adopted,while the steel plates were used in replace of the solid shape steel for members of the hidden truss.This method could assure the force transfer effectively and meet the requirement of the arrangement of rebar simultaneously.Meanwhile,finite element analysis was carried out to verify the connection design measurement.For the top connection style,the connection design need to combine with the construction measurement.The slipping bearing was used in the construction period to release part of the horizontal reaction force.Based on the careful analysis and calculation,the connection structure was properly established.
