摘　　要：三年前,一场突如其来的特大地震使山川秀美的川西、陕南和甘南等地房屋倒蹋、家园被毁,同胞的生命被夺走。三年后,当记者再次踏上这片土地时,从永昌新城到映秀新镇,一座座崭新城镇与一幢幢羌藏特色民居已挺立在往日的废墟之上。"5.12"汶川大地震发生后,党中央、国务院立即开始了灾后恢复重建工作的研究部署。一场动员范围广、投入力量大、建设速度快的灾后重建战役在川、陕、甘等约50万平方公里的土地上拉开了帷幕。至今年4月底,四川、甘肃、陕西三省纳入国家重建规划的41130个重建项目已完工38803个,占重建任务95%;完成投资8851.53亿元,占规划投资92.37%;已建成农房190.85万户、城镇住房28.83万户,建成学校3839所、各类医疗卫生和康复机构2169个,建成各类基础设施项目5000多个,灾后恢复重建项目已完工占规划项目的95%。Three years ago,an unexpected deva stating earthquake struck Wenchuan county.However,as the reporter once again stepped onto this land three years later,some brandnew cities,counties and residential areas with characteristics of Qiang and Tibetan ethnic minorities rise from the new towns in Yongchuang and new county of Yingxiu.By the end of April this year,some 38,803 out of 41,130 national projects of reconstruction have been completed in three provinces of Sichuan,Gansu and Shanxi,accounting for 95% of all with accomplished investment of 885.153 billion RMB,92.37% of the tot al i nvest ment planning.The completed post-disaster reconstruction projects account for 95% of all the planned construction,including 1.9 million rural housings,288,300 urban housings,3,839 schools,2,169 medical and rehabilitation organizations and more than 5,000 diversif ied projects of infrastructure.
