摘　　要：树立生态文明理念,加快经济发展方式转变,是破解日趋强化的资源环境约束的有效途径,是实现经济社会可持续发展的内在要求。本文试图从生态文明与经济发展方式转变的内在关联入手,阐述生态文明建设与经济发展方式转变的有机统一性。通过剖析现行经济发展方式转变中的生态约束因素,提出了以生态文明为基点推进经济发展方式转变的对策思路。The traditional pattern of economy development has been based on industrial civilization, which is faced with increasing ecological constraint as ecology destroying. The fundamental way out of it lies in the transformation of the pattern of economic development from industrial civilization to ecological civilization. The starting point comes from the organic interaction between the transformation of development pattern and the construction of ecological civilization.
