国际产业转移对我国产业波及传导效应研究——基于开放度视角的投入产出实证分析

摘　　要：本文基于产业开放度视角,将我国产业划分为外向型、准外向型和内向型三种产业梯度,并借助投入产出法,从理论与实证双重层面,探讨国际产业转移中资本、贸易结构变动引发技术结构、产业结构、市场结构变化,进而影响产业投入产出结构的传导机理,以及对我国产业波及传导效应的特殊规律性。实证检验表明,国际产业转移通过"外向型—准外向型—内向型"产业波及路径,对我国产业发展产生了积极的影响,但外向型产业自我波及和加工贸易产业"两头在外"造成产业波及封闭与外漏,加上准外向型尤其是内向型产业的承接力与需求层次相对较弱,产业间的供给与需求的推力呈现非均衡性,使得国际产业转移传导中能量严重衰减。This paper divides Chinese industries into outward-oriented industries and quasi-outward-oriented industries and inward-oriented industries, in view of industry opening degree. Based on Chinese input-output tables, theoretically analyses structure change of capital and trade how to cause structure change of technology, in- dustry and market structure, and input-output. The input-output empirical analysis shows that spread from outward- oriented industries to quasi-outward-oriented industries then to inward-oriented industries, has positive effect on Chinese industrial development. But self-closure and export-oriented spread leakage of outward-oriented industries, and low acceptance ability and demand level of quasi-outward-oriented industries and inward-oriented industries, leads to non-proportionality of supply and demand between industries, then brings energy gradient attenuation of international industry transfer.
