摘　　要：目的探讨用动态管理原理对病区急救药械进行管理,保证病区急救药械完好并随时处于备用状态。方法对急救药械管理做到齐备完好,"四定"、"三无"、"二及时"、"一专人",定期检查,在实验前后随机抽查120次,比较实施前后的急救药品、械材的抽查合格率及患者满意度。结果实施后的抽查合格率及患者满意度较实施前有明显提高(p<0.05)。结论对病区急救药械进行动态管理,保证了急救药械使用的质量,从而保证了抢救患者的安全。Objective:To explore the application of dynamic principle in management of ward's emergency medicine and devices.Methonds:We examined the the emergency medicine and devices regularly,checked the emergency medicine and devices randomly for 120 times before and after the use of dynamic principle,compared the qualified rate of emergency medicine and devices and the degree of patients' satisfaction before and after the use of dynamic principle.Results:The qualified rate of emergency medicine and devices after the use of dynamic principle was more than that before the use of dynamic principle.The degree of patients' satisfaction was higher after the use of dynamic principle(all ps<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dynamic principle guaranteed the quality of the use of emergency medicine and devices,and so did the safety of critical patients.
