摘  要:介绍了世界首套"300 MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉+石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)系统"的设计情况,对CFB锅炉和FGD系统的实际运行参数进行了分析。实践表明:CFB锅炉深度脱硫可达到比传统炉内脱硫更高的脱硫效率,能满足日益严格的环保要求,并且燃料适用性更为广泛,石灰石消耗量更少。同时CFB锅炉深度脱硫(脱硝)可实现高效的不以炉内脱硫和低NOx排放为目的的"高温CFB锅炉",这更有利于充分发挥CFB锅炉燃用劣质、高硫燃料的独特优势,是今后大型CFB锅炉的发展方向。The design of the first "300 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler + limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization (FGD) system" in the world was introduced. The operating parameters of the CFB boiler and FGD system were analyzed. Practice showed that deep desulphurization of CFB boiler has higher SO2 remove efficiency compared with traditional inner desulphurization mode ,which can meet more and more rigid environmental protection emission standard, is suitable to more fuels, and has lower cost of limestone. Deep desulphurization (deNOx)of CFB boiler can also realize the high-efficiency and high temperature CFB boiler, whose target is not inner desulphurization and low NOx emission, and can benefit to use inferior, high sulfur content fuels. Research of deep desulphurization (deNOx) should be a developing direction for large capacity CFB boiler.
