摘 要:分析了节能发电调度存在的问题,通过引入排放折算系数、脱硫修正因子,从煤耗、排污2个方面综合考虑,设计了新的调度指标;在传统调度模型的基础上,针对风电修正旋转备用约束,引入瞬时爬坡速度约束,建立了含风电的节能发电调度模型,并对模型的目标函数和各种约束进行了实用化处理,引入网损因数来简化网络安全约束,最后建立了考虑风电接入的电力系统调度实用化模型。算例分析表明,实用化处理能极大提高求解速度,具有重要的实际应用价值。The problems related to energy-saving generation dispatching are analyzed. By the introduction of emission reduction coefficient and desulfurzation correction factor, a new dispatching index with consideration of coal consumption and emissions is proposed. An energy-saving generation dispatching model integrated with wind power is introduced. The new model enhanced traditional model with modified spinning reserve constraints and additional instantaneous speed climbing constraint. By simplifying the objective function and various constraints and introducing the network loss factor to simplify network security constraints, the practical model is established. Numerical example shows that practical treatments can greatly improve the calculation speed which has important practical value.
