摘 要:矿井提升绞车是煤矿生产必不可少的运输设备。矿井提升绞车在工作过程中,卷筒不断地缠绕钢丝绳,钢丝绳上的拉力是一个由大变小的过程,然而钢丝绳对卷筒的压力却是逐渐在增大。针对这种特殊工况,以1t的矿井提升绞车为研究对象,对其卷筒进行了有限元分析,并对主要零件的应力分布以及在工作过程中可能出现的破坏情况进行了分析,以确保矿井提升绞车在井下的安全工作。The hoisting winch is a kind of necessary transporting equipment during production in collieries. During operation of the hoisting winch, wire ropes are wound continuously onto the drum, the tension of wire ropes varies from large to slight, while the pressure on the drum gradually increases. For this special condition, the paper carries out the finite element analysis of the drum with 1t mine hoisting winch serving as the studied objective, and analyses the stress distribution of main parts and possible damage during operation, so as to ensure the safe operation of the winch in underground mines.
