摘 要:介绍了一种新型永磁干式强磁选机的结构和分选原理,并利用该磁选机对长石进行了除铁试验。结果表明,原矿矿样经过一粗一精除铁试验后,长石中Fe2O3的含量从0.54%降低到0.18%,除铁率达到72.52%,精矿产率达到82.45%,取得了较好的分选指标。说明该磁选机除铁效果良好,设计合理。The structure and separation principle of a new-type dry high-intensity permanent magnetic separator are introduced, and the experiment in iron removal from feldspar is carried out with the separator. After one time primary concentration and one time fine concentration, the content of Fe2O3 reduces from 0.54% to 0.18%. The good separation indexes are obtained with iron removing ratio reaching 72.52%, and the concentrate yield reaching 82.45%. The experimental results show that the separator has excellent iron removing performance and reasonable design.
