摘 要:应用流体力学分析了煤矿主通风机及流量采集装置的工作原理,介绍了差压变送器的工作原理及性能参数;并结合煤矿主通风机流量在线监测的特点,设计了采用PLC和现场总线技术的硬件系统,以及采用数字滤波、线性变换及数字校准方法的软件系统,克服了由于差压变送器零点漂移、线性误差以及模拟量输入模块误差等引起的流量值测量误差和波动,在工程上具有一定的参考意义。The working principle of main fans and flow rate acquisition device used in collieries is analyzed by fluid mechanics, and the working principle and the performance parameters of differential pressure transmitters are briefly introduced. Based on the characteristics of online monitoring for flow rate of main fans in collieries, the hardware system and the software system are designed. PLC and field bus technology are applied to the hardware system, and the digital filtration, linear transformation and digital calibration are applied to the software system, which decrease the error and fluctuation of the flow measurement due to zero drift and linear error of differential pressure transmitters as well as the error of analog input module. These methods have certain reference values in practical engineering.
