碳金融对上海国际金融中心建设的影响分析

摘　　要：目前,上海国际金融中心的建设与全球性国际金融中心相比还有较大差距,能否抓住低碳经济以及碳金融所带来的发展机遇,如何通过金融创新推进上海国际金融中心建设已显得非常迫切。本文认为上海要以碳金融的发展为契机,推进国际金融中心的建设,提升上海金融中心的国际地位,并从加快人民币国际化进程、增加金融业产值、提升上海国际金融中心的服务能力、带动地区经济发展、促进产业结构改善等方面着重分析碳金融发展对于上海国际金融中心建设的影响,最后从商业银行、相关金融机构以及政府部门法律法规等视角对于发展碳金融推进上海国际金融中心建设提出了相应建议。Nowadays,there is still a large gap between Shanghai International Financial Center and the Global International Financial Center.It is very important for Shanghai to grasp the opportunity of Low-carbon economy and speed up financial innovations.This paper points out that Shanghai should make full use of carbon finance to promote the construction of international financial center and improve its international status.Then analyses the influence carbon finance has on the construction of Shanghai International Financial Center,including accelerating the internationalization of RMB,increasing the output of the financial industry and the capacity of financial services,promoting the improvement of industrial structure,and so on.Lastly,this paper offers some suggestions accordingly from the perspective of commercial banks,other relevant financial institutions and government departments.
