摘　　要：2010年笔者等人以上海国际金融中心建设的评价和期望为主题对上海金融业界进行了问卷调查。调查结果表明,业界对于政府近五年来在金融领域的各项重大改革和发展措施的绩效持肯定态度。在发展重点方面,业界认为上海应当大力发展债券市场,提高上市公司治理水平,适时推出债券或货币衍生品。在沪港关系方面,业界认为两地分工合作的机会多于竞争。此外,受访者还特别强调了创造良好的制度环境,以及人才的引进和培养等问题的重要性。In 2010,in order to understand the evaluations and expectations of financial industries area about Shanghai＇s International Financial Center Construction problems,we surveyed 277 Shanghai financial institutions＇ staff.The questionnaire survey results show that,in the past five years,the performance of government＇s many financial reform measures has been recognized by financial industry area.In the future five years,Shanghai should be to develop the bond market,improve corporate governance,timely introduction of bonds or currency derivatives about the emphasis of Shanghai financial markets development.About the relationship between Shanghai and Hong Kong,their views are that there are more opportunities for corporation in the development of International Financial Center,rather than competition.In addition,respondents also placed special emphasis on creating a better institutional environment,as well as the introduction and training of the professional experts.
