摘　　要：《考古与文物》2009年第4期刊发了《西安南郊明上洛县主墓发掘简报》（以下简称《简报》）一文,公布了上洛县主墓出土的一通买地券,随文公布拓本且附详细释文。我们发现释文中存在脱文、衍文、误释文字、缺文不当、未加断句、繁简不一等现象,影响了该材料的有效利用,笔者尝试对原释文加以校补。为了便于覆按,原释文条列,笔者校补以按语形式列出。The article ＇Preliminary Site Report of Shangluo Xianzhu tomb in the south suburb of Xi＇an＇ published one land purchase deed which might serve as a significant role in academic research.However,several problems existed in previous report,including word-missing,word-duplicating,incorrect transcribing,no punctuation in transcription,etc.These problems might impede other scholars to use this information effectively.The author is trying to provide a supplementary study focusing on problems in previous report.
