摘　　要：目的：探讨胃肠道双对比造影的伪影特征。方法：回顾分析经复查或内窥镜检以及手术证实为伪影的胃肠道双对比造影片２００ 份。结果：腔内伪影１１０ 份；腔壁伪影３２ 份； 腔外伪影５８ 份。结论： 胃肠道双对比造影的伪影，随体位的改变， 伪影即消失。Objective:To investigate the characteristics of artifacts on double contrast radiography of gastrointestinal tract.Methods:X-ray findings of 200 films with artifacts on double contrast radiography of gastrointestinal tract confirmed by reexamination,fiberscope or surgery were analyzed retrospectiverly.Results:Of 200 films There were intraluminal artifacts in 110 films,artifacts of gastrointestinal tract wall in 32 films,extraluminal artifacts in 58 films.Conclusion:With the change of the position,the artifacts disappeared instantly.
