摘 要:【目的】反硝化细菌是原位生物修复地下水硝酸盐污染过程中起主要脱氮作用的微生物,通过好氧反硝化细菌去除灌溉农田地下水中的硝酸盐。【方法】将菌株NSA4接种于灌溉农田地下水中,检验其在实际地下水中的脱氮效果。总氮测定采用过硫酸钾氧化紫外分光光度法;氨氮测定采用纳氏试剂分光光度法;硝氮采用酚二磺酸紫外分光光度法测定;亚硝氮测定采用N-(1-奈基)-乙二胺分光光度法。【结果】加菌处理地下水中的NO3^-N的去除率要比未加菌处理对NO3^--N的去除率高10%~40%,加菌处理对地下水中的TN的去除率要比未加菌处理对TN的去除率高10%左右。【结论】好氧反硝化细菌对于农田灌溉地下水脱氮效率具有显著的改善能力,在未来的地下水处理中具有一定的应用价值。[ Objective ] Denitrifying bacterium is an important microbe for denitrification of nitrate polluted groundwater during the process of in - situ farmland remediation. This study aims at the treatment of nitrate polluted farmland groundwater by a newly isolated aerobic denitrifying bacterium. [ Method] An aerobic denitrifying bacterium strain NSA4 was inoculated into groundwater collected from irrigated farmland for testing its actual denitrification effect. TN was analyzed by alkaline potassium persulfate oxidation - UV speetrophotometry; NH4 + - N by Nassau Reagent spectrophotometry; NO3 - - N by phenodisulfonie acid UV spectrophotometry ; and NO2- - N by Griess - salt spectrophotometry. [Result] NO3- -N removal rate was 10% -40% and TN was about 10% higher in groundwater with NSA4 addition than without control. [ Conclusion] The aerobic denitrifying bacterium can significantly promote the denitrification effect in groundwater and has great potential application for the treatment of groundwater in future.
