摘　　要：新信息环境下将知识管理引入高校图书馆学科服务具有显著现实意义,文章从知识、馆员、业务流程三方面论述高校图书馆学科服务知识管理的概念内涵,并探讨其实施对策。It has outstanding practical meaning for university library to introduce knowledge management into discipline service in new information environment.This thesis dissertate the concept and meaning of discipline service in university library from knowledge,librarian,operation process,and puts forward the countermeasures.
