摘 要:研究了高压条件下凝固和常压凝固的Zn-22Al合金的晶体结构和显微组织。所采用设备与通常研究压力凝固的设备不同,可实现快速增压,即20 ms内能加压至5.5 GPa。扫描电子显微镜观察其组织形貌的变化,不同压力下,组织形态发生显著变化,由常压下的树枝晶状过渡为3 GPa下的网格状,且后者的组织明显细小致密均匀。利用X光衍射仪对试样的相组成分析和晶格常数的计算,发现压力改变了试样的晶格常数。Specimens with different pressure were produced by rapidly compression process,and the effect of pressure on the crystal structure and microstructure of Zn-22Al alloy were studied.The equipment used in this study features fast pressurization that the melted sample can be pressurized to 5.5 GPa within 20 ms.The microstructures of the obtained samples were characterized by scanning electronic microscopy.The results show that the morphology and microstructure alters obviously with the pressure.The morphology of the alloys changed from coarse dendrite under normal pressure to fine latticework under 3 GPa,and the structure of 3 GPa specimen is remarkably smaller than that of normal pressure specimen.Besides,the remarkable change of lattice constant was analyzed by XRD.
