摘　　要：结合北方寒冷地区的气候特征,简述我国目前北方寒冷地区村镇住宅的建筑要求及节能现状。针对我国北方寒冷地区在墙体、门窗、屋面等部位适宜的建筑节能保温技术及推广应用的相关建筑节能技术进行介绍,以期提高北方寒冷地区住宅的节能特性,降低建筑能耗,改善村镇居民的居住环境。Combined with the climatic characteristics of chill regions in North,the paper describes the current requirements and energy saving in building the rural residence in the chill region of China.In the view of the appropriate energy-saving and insulation technology applied on walls,windows,roof and other parts of the building,the paper introduces the application of some relevant building energy-saving technology especially for the chill region of China,in order to improve the performance of energy saving of the rural residence in the chill region,reduce the building energy consumption and improve the farmers＇ living condition.
