摘　　要：介绍了目前高校图书馆编目的特点,即大量的套录编目和少量的原始编目、编目业务外包;从人员调整、加强审校、培训人员以及编目人员的自身应对几个方面论述了高校图书馆编目工作为适应新变化应作出相应的调整。The paper introduces the characteristics of universities library cataloguing that include namely large amount of copy cataloguing,little amount of originally cataloguing and some cataloguing business outsourcing;Then,it discusses the measures to adapt to the new changes of universities library cataloguing work from such aspects as personnel adjustments,strengthening data checking,personnel oneself countermeasures.
