摘　　要：为更好地利用科技内刊,通过网络调查、文献分析和统计,阐述了信息时代科技内刊的新特点:仍是获取科技信息的重要渠道、外在形式规范、行业化倾向明显、涉及的学科领域更加广泛、交流范围日趋扩大。探讨了专人负责、构建信息网络、建立呈缴本制度、多种方式采集等收集方法,提出了放宽管理政策、编制检索工具、编印专题资料汇编、建立科技内刊数据库和网站等开发利用建议。In order to make better use of restricted sci-tech periodicals,this paper describes the new characteristics of restricted sci-tech periodicals in information age by network investigating,literature analysis and statistical： It is still the important channel of obtaining technology information,external formal specification,trend of industrialization is obvious,involved subject domains are more extensive,and the scope of communion is increasingly expanding.This paper discusses some collection methods such as specially designated person being responsible for particular department,constructing information network,setting up the legal deposit system,manifold ways of collecting.And it puts forward several advices of exploitation and utilization including broadening management policy,compiling searching aids,publishing corpus of special subject information,creating database and website of restricted sci-tech periodicals,etc.
