摘　　要：民生离不开文化,文化是民生的需要。图书馆人文讲座实现了市民的文化权利、提高市民的文化素质,在民生中升华文化、创造文化、品位文化、弘扬文化。People＇s livelihood can＇t leave cultural.And culture is the needs of the people＇s livelihood.Library lecture helps people to achieve cultural rights,improves the quality of culture and promotes the cultural.
