摘　　要：图书馆绩效评估是对馆员工作绩效进行科学评价,激励先进、鞭策后进的有效途径。对绩效评估指标体系使用层次分析法进行指标权重设置,介绍了层次分析法原理,并进行实际权重的层次单排序和层次总排序运算。Library performance evaluation is to librarians working performance,advanced and scientific evaluation incentive the effective ways to lash junior.The performance evaluation index system of using analytic hierarchy process for index weight Settings,the analytic hierarchy process is introduced,and the principle of the actual weight single sorting and hierarchical level total sort arithmetic.
