摘　　要：疾病负担是确定卫生资源配置优先权的基础,疾病负担的评价与分析正在逐渐成为疾病预防控制和卫生行政决策部门的常规工作,而选择适合的疾病负担研究方法才能保证疾病负担测算的科学性。该研究拟系统评价伤残权重、年龄变量、贴现率等伤残调整生命年(DALY)重要参数的本土化合理性,并探索在现有疾病监测系统基础上建立我国完善的常规疾病负担测算体系。Burden of disease is the base for determining the priority allocation of health resources. The evaluation and analysis of disease burden is gradually becoming a general work for departments of disease prevention and decision-making. Therefore, the choice of suitable methods is important to ensure the evaluation of disease burden more scientific. In this study, systematic review was applied in assessment of the reasonable localization of some parameters of DALY, such as disability weights, age variable, the discount rate, etc., and explores the perfect and conventional measurement system for burden of common diseases based on the current disease surveillance system.
