摘  要:[目的]探讨大孔吸附树脂对甘草(RADIXRHIZOMAGLYCYRRHIZAE)黄酮的纯化条件。[方法]采用5种大孔吸附树脂ADS-7、D101、HPD-300、HPD-910和AB-8吸附甘草黄酮类化合物,并考察了样品浓度,洗脱剂乙醇浓度,洗脱剂乙醇体积等影响吸附性能的因素。[结果]ADS-7型大孔吸附树脂对甘草黄酮类化合物有较大的吸附率和洗脱率,其用于纯化甘草黄酮的最佳上样浓度是1.2 mg/ml,洗脱剂为5BV体积分数为0.70的乙醇,纯化后的黄酮粉黄酮含量47.1%,精制率211.2%。[结论]ADS-7树脂对黄酮类化合物有较好的吸附纯化作用,可为甘草黄酮的纯化提供参考依据。[Objective]To optimize the purification conditions of flavonoids from RADIX RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE by macroporous resins.[Method] 4 kinds of macroporous resins including ADS-7,D101,HPD-300,HPD-910 and AB-8 were adopted to absorb flavonoids from RADIX RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE.Besides,effects of factors affecting the adsorption properties such as sample concentration,ethanol concentration and ethanol volume were also investigated.[Result] ADS-7 was provided with higher absorption rate and the elution rate of flavonoids from RADIX RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE,the optimum effect of which were obtained with sample concentration at 1.2 mg/ml using 5BV of 0.70 ethanol as eluent.After purification,the content and refined rate of flavonoids in powder were 47.1% and 211.2%,respectively.[Conclusion] ADS-7 resin had strong adsorption and purification effects,which would provide reference basis for purifying flavonoids from RADIX RHIZOMA GLYCYRRHIZAE.
