摘　　要：从转入鱼体的外源基因结构入手,逐步介绍了转基因鱼的构建过程,即从外源基因的构建到外源基因导入鱼体的过程,并重点介绍了目前所使用的几种将外源基因导入鱼体的方法。Starting from exogenous gene structure,the construction of the exogenous gene was gradually introduced,namely a process from the construction of exogenous gene to import fish body.The article also emphasizes on several currently used mechanisms.
