摘　　要：目的　报道8例成功地经导管闭合先心房缺的患者。方法　用美国AGA公司生产的Amplatzer房缺闭合器,分别对8例年龄7～58岁的房缺患者进行了经导管闭合术,房缺直径18～28mm,局麻下通过股静脉插入7F～10F导管,在X线透视及体表超声心动图监测下置入Amplatzer闭合器。结果　所有患者在闭合后即刻,术后24h和1月后均用超声心动图检查,房缺均完全闭合,无残余分流,无栓塞、感染性心内膜炎等并发症发生。结论　用Amplatzer闭合器经导管闭合房缺是一种安全、有效。The present work reported our clinical experience with transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defects (ASDs) using the Amplatzer,a new occlusion device. Methods The Amplatzer septal occluder (ASO) was used in eight patients with secundum ASDs aged 7-58 years.The strectched diameter was 18-28 mm.The ASO was delivered through the femoral vein guided by fluoroscopy and echocardiography. Results There was immediate and complete closure in all patients.Follow up was performed using echocardiography in 24 hours and 1 month after operation.No patients had residual shunt,and no episode of endocarditis or thromboembolism happened. Conclusions The use of the new ASO is safe and effective in the complete closure of secundum ASD.
