摘　　要：文章分析了薛湖选煤厂在调试试生产过程中存在的问题及其对生产系统的影响,介绍了针对存在问题所采取的解决方案,同时为提高生产效益,提出了下一步改造优化的方向。薛湖选煤厂的优化方案对于无烟煤选煤厂的设计、调试工作,有一定的参考价值。The paper had an analysis on the problems existed in the trial production process of Xuehu Coal Preparation Plant and the existed problems affected to the production system. The paper introduced the solution for the existed problems. To improve the production benefit, the paper provided the orientation for the further reconstruction optimization. The optimization plan of the Xuehu Coal Plant would have certain references to the design and trial operation of the anthracite coal preparation plant.
