摘 要:封孔质量与巷道围岩应力变化规律关系密切,对准确测定煤层瓦斯压力具有十分重要的作用。文章应用FLAC软件建立了巷道岩体模型,模拟了巷道周围不同位置点围岩应力的变化特征,提出了封孔最小长度应超过围岩应力变化趋于平衡点位置的观点,分析了围岩应力变化对封孔质量的影响,通过曲线拟合得出了封孔最小长度随围岩应力呈幂函数变化的规律,并与现场封孔的实测数据进行了对比验证。研究结果对现场准确封孔测压具有十分重要的理论指导意义。The borehole sealing quality and the stress variation law of the mine roadway surrounding rock had a closed relation and would have very important role to the accurate measurement of the seam gas pressure. The FLAC software was applied to the rock model of the mine roadway to simulate the variation features of the surrounding rock stress at the different locations of the mine roadway. A view point was proposed that the min depth of the borehole sealing shall be over the balance point location of the surrounding rock stress variation. The surrounding rock variation affected to the borehole sealing quality was analyzed. The curve fitting was applied to obtain the min depth of the sealing borehole having a power function variation law with the surrounding rock stress. Comparison verification was conducted between the curve fitting and the site measured data of the site borehole sealing. The study results would have very important theoretical guidance to the site accurate borehole sealing and pressure measurement.
