摘 要:为提高长壁工作面运输机的生产安全可靠性,介绍了运输机减速器的润滑磨损故障监测及诊断技术方法。基于油液分析与铁谱技术,在线监测润滑磨损状态、不停机预知诊断故障。总结出在线监测方法、减速器失效工况下润滑油中的元素成分及性能特征、主要摩擦副的典型磨粒图谱。实际应用取得显著技术经济效益,具有普及应用价值。In order to improve the production safety reliability of the scraper conveyor in the fully mechanized coal mining face, the paper introduced the lubrication and abrasion fault monitoring and diagnosis technology method of the gearbox applied in the face scraper conveyor. Base on the oil liquid analysis and iron spectrum technology, a prediction of the fault diagnosis with no stop operation could be conducted on the on - line monitoring and measuring of the lubrication and abrasion status. The paper summarized the element component and performance features, the main friction typical particle pictures of the lubricant under the gearbox failure performances by the on - line monitoring and measuring method. The obvious technical and economic benefits were obtained from the actual application with the promotion applied value.
