摘　　要：针对目前探伤钢板合格率较低问题,分析生产中影响探伤主要因素为钢水纯净度、铸坯内部质量、下线堆垛换冷时间、合理的加热保温时间、热处理方法等,并对各工艺过程作出相应的改进。According to the present rate lower flaw steel production problem,analyze the factors affecting detection for steel billet is dramatically,the internal quality,referral stacking change cold time,reasonable heat insulation time,heat treatment method,etc.And various process to make corresponding improvement.
